It is difficult to assess the nature of this bump without additional information. How big is it? Where exactly is it located on your neck? Does it move slightly when you touch it?
There are many possible causes which can include an enlarged lymph node (possible sign of an infection)
If the bump is causing you significant problems, it would be advisable to make an appt with your primary care physician for a medical exam and diagnostic testing if appropriate.
Post again with an update and we will try and assist you further.
Best wishes ---
