c spine injections
On a recent repeat MRI of my neck, a thyroid nodule was incidentally found. I have been receiving Lidocaine and cortisone injections every few weeks for well over a year--there were times when they were injected into the sides of my neck also. The injections were for pain due to DDD, herniations, spondylosis.  I know that thyroid nodules are not uncommon at my age (51), but now I am wondering if these injections could have something to do with the nodules???
