Possible, but many other things can cause dizzy spells.

Best to see a neurologist. Bring your MRI/CT report and/or films.

Good Luck

I have herniated disc @ C-5-6 and annular tear abuting spinal cord. Mine is a central posterior herniation. I have researched this now and see there are 3 types of herniations and central posterior is usually the worst as it will interfere with spinal cord because of positition.
Now ,I have terrible balance problems and am feeling nausea A LOT! I have so much going on,but here is my balance/dizzy symptoms. When I am STANDING still its so uncomfortable, besides being in pain constantly I can't stand there straight and talk to anyone cause it feel like I am falling over/swaying ect... When I take a shower I am holding each wall with one hand particularly when my head is back or washing face as any movement of my neck creates this horrible balance. When I am trying to get ready AFTER shower I must grip my toes to the floor because it feels like I am going to fall over or just off balance. When I walk it seems to jar my neck and if I happen to try and turn my head when walking, forget I almost lose it, I was in a clothing store looking at racks of clothes bent my neck down just slightly and started grabbing anything close by, it was awful!  same thing when sitting and move my neck.head? Almost fall over. I have tried to make adjustments and watch what I do but sometimes maybe I forget in the moment and boom.

I have pain in my neck that feels like deep in the bones, I have pain into both shoulders and scapulas, moving my arms away from body feels like bees stinging me and then itchy feeling that you can't get to to scratch cause its too DEEP? Left arm will get tingling all the way to hand and right arm has pain all the way to forearm.

A disc abutting spinal cord should not cause this many symtoms I would not think ,but the only thing I can ascertain is that perhaps movement of my neck is putting more pressure on cord and MRI does not reveal this cause obviously I am lying still and not moving..

This is AWFUL to put it mildly !
