car accident 2 years ago still feeling the pain

About 2 years ago I was in a car accident, I was sitting at a red light when i was hit from behind by a girl going 55.  I have all the tests and nothing really shows up. Except that my nect is going straight. I have been to PT and all that stuff and did nothing. I am still have pain my neck, shoulder, and horrible headaches. I know i suffered whiplash and a cervical sprain that day. I go to a PM clinic where i get facet injections from C2-C7. I just have EMG Botox a couple of days ago,but i have had this headache now for almost a week and i don't want to go to the ER again but none of my doctors can get me in and none of the many pills that i have at home will keep it from coming back.  The neck is as hard as a rock and i can not get it to release,it has been this was for almost 2 years. I 3 kids and a full time job that i have to deal with plus life. I just want my life back. Now they are telling me that i cervical facet syndrome plus a form of dystonia. It has only happened a couple of times, but my head will get stuck in a certain postion for like a week before it goes back to normal. It just seems like my doctors just keep on giving me more pills to take. I just want all of this fixed.

I do go to a pain center, it just seems like they are giving pill after pill to take to see if it helps. Now I trying all of these procedures now. I ended going to the ER last night for the ever lasting headache.  I have to go to the pain clinic tomorrow because my doc wants to see me. I just feel like I am there all the time. This is the longest i have ever had a headache, my neck is always stiff but never this tight. I don't if it is from the Botox or not.  I also been to a spine center here right after the accident and because there was nothing he could operate on they refered me somewhere else.  I just want to know if anyone on her as any of these same problems and if so what are they doing about that i could try.
