cervical pain and headaches

by careermom1, Nov 21, 2008 10:17AM
Thank you to those who replied earlier about having surgery.  Yesterday, I was in bed all day with cervical neck pain and a severe headache that resulted in vomiting.  This is my 3rd episode since the beginning of October.  I'm still waiting to see the surgeon.  My last true migraine was over a year ago.  Has anyone else experienced this?  Of so, any helpful suggestions?

My history of migraine headaches isn't related to my cervical neck problems, but I have a long history. My migraines stopped completely when I started taking Omega-3 supplements, or fish oil capsules. You may find it worth a try.
