chronic pain

Hello, i am a 36 year old guy living in london, i have had a bad back since i was 16(scoliosis) i had an mri 10 yrs ago which showed damaged disks(L4,L5) i also ripped tendons in my left rear shoulder some years back..i am in constant pain..i see a physio who has proscribed stretching..i helps while i do it, but as soon as i stop.. in comes the pain...recently i have been getting very sore hamstrings and achilles tendons in both feet..basically it sucks..i am a bit scared because sometimes i get an itching sensation in my right wrist and ankle joints, however i had full blood work done with no abnormality, i take 4 mgs of buphrenorphine aday for pain control..it takes the worst away but not everything...does anyone have any advice? or similar experience? i would like to talk to a doctor if its possible as well as forum users...thankyou...Earl
