clicking noise top of my neck and head

If there is clicking noise and neck stiffness then there is a possibility of arthritis of the joints of the spine. It can also be a degenerative disc disease or ligament injury. Treatment is usually conservative and involves physiotherapy, pain killers, traction and spinal manipulation, chiropractic treatments, acupressure, dry needling, etc.  Please discuss with your doctor.
