constant vomiting and nausea

I have some unusual symtoms that is making my life miserable.  Besides suffering from chronic extreme pain everyday, of late, I have been experiencing constant nausea and vomiting accompanied with diaherria that is nothing but plain colored water.  When this happens I also experience a great amount of abdominal pain.  Docotor's do not want to deal with my direct symptoms and are trying to tell me that my chronic pain is due to being slightly anemic and a slight vitamin D deficiency.  I have tried to tell these doctors that I am unable to take Iron orally and they insist I keep trying.  I have since just not try to take the iron but my symptoms are still there.  This has gotten to the point that I cry on a daily basis from the chronic pain and am unable to sleep more than an hour at a time.  Any suggestions?

Hi,

If you're not happy with the treatment that you are receiving from your Dr.s, fire them them and start with another.  Possibly a pain management Dr.  I've been through the process several times myself before finding someone that listens, cares and has your best interest at heart.
