could this be a herniated disc

hello,i am 38 years old and suffer from various symptoms.last year i was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis.in the moment i suffer from really bad lower back pain,the pain goes into my right hip,pelvis,and both legs.my legs feel like if i have ants in them and i have a constant dull pain and weakness feeling.when the weakness feeling is too bad i need to stop walking and need to sit down.i also started to get the feeling that ive the urge to pee myself (so far it didnt happen,thank god) and now my abdomen starts to feel not right.i feel bloated when im not and get stabing pain on both sides and find it hard to sit as my tailbone gives me pain too.

The arthritis could be causing problems with your disk and could cause slight compression of the nerves in your lower back. If you do have a nerve getting pinched it will cause all the problems listed above. I would say it would be worth getting a mri to have it checked. If left for too long it could result in permanent damage. There is also a chart on my profile that shows the nerves and their conduction that may help you. Hope you get checked soon and get relief.
