electrical shock

I have a electrical shock sensation in my body. I DO HAVE CERVICAL DISK RUPTURED. IS THIS A SYMPTOM??

Ok my boyfriend gets these "electrical shocks" too... down different parts of his body and there's no pattern to as where it will be next. He's had countless tests done but the doctors know nothing. He has a spinal injury too... This is a similarity to say the least, right?
