facial numbness

Hi I been having on an off left facial numbness and ringing of left ear for about 2 months which is worst when lying down. I also been experiencing lightheaded, dizziness and left frontal heaviness to my head for 2 months. I also was diagnosed with hypothyroidism 3 months ago.  I have seen 2 neurologist, ent, general doc, endocrine doc, All docs said is I have  vertigo and hypothyroidism.  I had a brain MRI with contrast, head ct, ENG, ear pressure test, auditory nerve testing all came back normal.  I am currently taking armour thyroid last tsh level was 2 mths ago which was normal.  I need some help with this constant brain disburbance.

It will take time for the medication to stabilize your body.
Also, did they say what is the source of the vertigo? Menier's disease, nerve disorder, aspirin abuse, etc?
Have you seen a nutritionist, for the hypothyroidism? Diet is important. Things like iodine intake, and many spices, etc..
