frustrated and hurting

Hi i am new here but thought it might help to see if anybody might have any ideas on some relief from back pain, I have had pt , injections, pain meds .I see a nuerosurgeon on Feb. 3.
pain in lower back that goes down into my legs, been fighting this for along time ,

mri report -L3/4 mild degenerative disc and facet changes, small broad based posterior disc protrusion is present a few mm in thickness

L4/5 a small broad based posterior central disc protrusion is present measuring 4mm in thickness, severe hypertrophic facet and ligamentum flavum changes are present

L5/S1 minimal degenerative spondylolisthesis of L5 relative to S1 is present only a few mm ,there is severe degenerative hypertrophic facet and ligamentum flavum changes , a small left posterolateral disc protrusion or extrusion is present about 4mm in thickness

I just feel like at times  i am made to feel the pain is all in my head and I know its not it is real.

I posted a couple days ago but got no response  I was just hoping someone could give me any ideas if my mri gives any clues to why my back hurts so bad.

I'm currently getting radio frequency ablation for my facet issues. I have disk degeneration and arthritis in my facet joints and the RFA is supposed to help with that. I also have the injection and PT and a TENS unit and nothing helps. I had my first RFA last month and I'm getting my second this Friday. So far I do notice a difference. My leg pain is a lot less. I would look into that and maybe ask your doctor if that seems like a good idea or not.
