Findings:
There is slight disk desiccation and spondylotic spurring at c3-4 through c6-7 levels. VertebralCerebral angiography Herniated nucleus pulposus Intervertebral disk Spinal fusion Thoracic spine x-ray Vertebral column body alignment and bone marrowBone marrow aspiration Bone marrow biopsy Bone marrow culture Bone marrow from hip Bone marrow transplant signal intensity is otherwise unremarkable. Visualized cervical spinal cord and craniocervical junction are unremarkable. The accompanying axial sequences demonstrate a normalNormal saline flush disk space at c2-3. The c3-4 demonstrates minimal spondylotic changes minimally effacing the thecal sac without a significant central canal or neural foraminal canal stenosis, cord effacement, or cord signal abnormality. The c4- 5 level demonstrates mild disk bulge, spondylotic spurring and degenerative uncovertebral joint changes. Findings result in minimal central and bilateral neural foraminal canal stenosis without cord signal abnormality. THe c5-6 demonstrates mild disk bulge, spondylotic spurring and degenerative uncovertebral joint changes. Findings result in minimal central and bilateral neural foraminal canal stenosis without cord signal abnormality. The c6-7 level demenstrates mild symmetric degenerative uncovterbral joint changes resulting in mild neural foraminal canal stenosis. The c7-ti is unremarkable.
