hi i am a 25 year old female and for th last couple of months i have been experincing pain in the top of my head goes and comes dont need to take meds but it is just annoying my ears feel full and have dranage azt the back of my throat i am on lexpro  and sometimes it feels like my head is vibrating  do u think it cousl be a pinched nerve and my muscles r real thight in my neck or could it be a troke or toumor or anurisim or something and sometimes i hav peorids were iu just get worrid  cause i think i am going to die and also i have pain behind my eye the doctor says i might have tmj PLEAE HELP

I'd consider getting off the drug, as one of its side effects is headaches.  Speak to your doctor first, however if he put you on it in the first place he may not be of much use.
