am having a low back pain, am affraid it's due to "mastrubating" i dont over do it like once a week or twice ! its really a serious problem for me i don't know what to do, please tell me how can i recover and treat that, do i need to see a doctor ?
also when i wake up in the morning i feel a low back pain when i wake up it's really bugging me and it's the only thing in my mind now !
i need a treatment...
