herniated disc

by jazzaddic, Aug 26, 2009 01:15PM
I've just been diagnosed with a herniated disc. My option is a shot or back surgery. Any suggestions?

I had an MRI a few months ago and found I had three herniated discs in my lower back but they weren't bad enough to have surgery so they scheduled me for a shot in my back.  I could barely walk into the place and walked out with ease.  With Traction and the shot, I am in much better shape now.  I have heard horror stories about surgery so if you don't need it, I would recommend the shot.  Good luck!

I had the same thing did the shots, they don't work, waste of time, get the surgery and get your life back.
