im a 26 year old man who has terrible lower back/ hip pain intermittently. i have been advise that it may be either the way i am sleeping or my posture. dose any body have any tips to over come this?
get a book by paul Darezo on posture. do the strtches and exercises religiously 2-3x per day for a few weeks. also see a website by jolie bookspan. undoubtedly you have tight hip flexors--this cuses hip and low back pan becasue your pelvis is tilted forward.
