is it more than growing pain?

So for ages I've had really bad back ache that spreads up my neck and across my sides on my hips and I feel sick all the time I've had a bad headache too at the start of February the doctor said it was growing pain but I always feel sick I always have a headache and I get these weird heat strickes hot and cold and sometimes feel stiff and tingly all over and it hurts to move I font know if those things are related and I have been really stressed this year and last so is it my back or something else
