im at a loss as to what could be wrong with my 3 yr old grandson..whilst on holiday around the 2nd of october he slipped and fell on his bottom and almost immediatly complained of back and stomach ache..was poorly for few days then seemed to recover ,,however since weve come back over 3 weeks ago he has coomplained of same symptoms evry day but also goes exttremely pale,,his mum (my daughter ) thinks im over reacting because i think he needs to see a gp...any suggestions please?

I don't think you are overacting at all.  Moms instinctly know what is best for their children.  Follow your instincts on this one and take him to the doctor.

Granted it could be something minor such as a bruise but why take a chance assuming that is the reason?  It is always best to take your child in to see the doctor under these types of circumstances.  

Follow your gut instinct and I hope the little guy feels better soon.
