left side back and rib pain

it feels like some one kicked in my ribs and thay keep shocking me in my back on the left side and is starting to move to my right side now

There are a couple things this could be, you could have a rib fracture, their very easy to do. Some people can fracture their ribs by coughing. Or one of the Intercostal nerves that run in between the ribs could be damaged or inflamed, both of these scenarios would cause that shocking pain you're referring too, and it often travels around the rib.

The other possibility is that you might have a "rib out". Which involves a problem in your back at the costovertebral joint, where the rib attaches to the vertebra. Sometimes they can pop out back there, and they too are very painful. I've had problems with this.

You need to see a Doctor, and in the mean time try tying something around your rib cage semi-tight, I don't know if it'll help, but it used to help me.
