left testical pain and lower back pain

My husband just woke up with extreme left testical pain and lower back pain. The back pain has been there for some time but this tesitcal pain is new and very scarey. Please help.

If patient have Irritable bowel disorder, pelvic pain, period pain, pain in the sexual organs

Problem from Lower Thoracic Spine (below the bra-strap) T9-T12
Reffral pain go to lower abdomen, lower ribs, pelvis and sexual organs
