loss of lordosis

xray shows loss of lordosis and deviation of the spine this is in the cervical spine and lumbar scoliosis with loss of lordosis and sacralization of l5 what does this mean?

Basically, your cervical and lumbar spine are straightening; the curves in the spine help with support, scoliosis with your lumbar spine (abnormal horizonal curvation) and the sacralization of L5 is a congenital defect you were born with (L5 fuses with S1).  You will have to have this monitored.  If it is not a problem now I am sure it will be later.  I am guessing it is causing problems now since you had an xray.  Are you seeing a spine specialist or an orthopedic specialist?
