low back pain/burining

I'm a 39 year old female with chronic low back pain. I am currently under the care of a pain management doctor. I have has a number of the steroid injections as well as procedures that are "supposed" to Cauterize" the Nerve burn the nerves in my back  (three times ) NOT.
I’m tried on taking the pain medication, I want to live and not be drugged all my life.  I'm looking any help.  I feel like the woman in the bible with the issue of blood, just going from doctor and no relief.  The pain gets so bad some days I can't even get out of bed.  The burning sensation feel like someone has a magnifying glass on my back heating it up and oh my God let’s not talk about the pain; I would rather be in labor.  Please Help. I'm getting desperate.

I am sorry to hear of your prolonged health problems related to your low back.  The fact that you are under the care of a pain management specialist indicates that the prior orthopedic doctors probably determined your problems did not indicate surgical intervention (ie laminectomy. microdiscectomy  or fusion)
It is unfortunate that you did not obtain any relief from the epiduals or nerve ablations.
Has the exact cause of your major symptoms been determined?  Has there been any determination of facet joint involvement or SI joint problems?
"Burning" usually indicates nerve involvement and the difficulty exists in treating the affected nerves directly.  Rhizotomy deals with the facet joints which are separate and distinct from disc related conditions.
Chronic back pain is a complex situation and I can empathize with your frustration and how this has affected your lifestyle.  I wish I could offer some magic wand treatment, but I do hope that you have significant support from family or others who can help you cope with a very challenging situation.
