I have been experiencing back pain that runs from the back of my neck to my lower back that wraps around to my sides. I have a pinched nerve that runs down into my right arm that I've had problems with. Further, I have a hernated disc in my neck. However, I am not sure which one it is. I'm unsure if they are the cause. When I lay on either side at night, the pain will get worse in my lower back. When this happens the pain will wrap around my stomach, especially on my left side right under my ribcage. It feels like muscle spasms because the pain moves around. I have been extremely stressed and not sleeping well. I am also over weight for my age and height.
