lower left back pain/circulation related?!

I have had lower back pain on and off for years but also  re occurring  fainting spells- when I last had a fall the lower left part of my back went into severe pain and almost was throbbing which leads me to think these two things could be related. Recently in the same place I'm getting shocks of pain when coughing/sneezing and sometimes even bought on by laughter! This area sometimes 'cracks' in the joint when I'm lying flat in bed and stretch my left leg ,don't know if this is related..also have trouble sitting up right and straightening my legs but put this down to just not being flexible...someone help?!

Lower back pain he increase with coughing, sneezing etc could be related to spinal issues; though the fainting spells are likely to be a separate issue. I would suggest an evaluation by a primary care physician for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
