So you feel prego, nice to know a male can feel our pain!

I am still battle post laminectomy with only 2 weeks of pain relief and am actually seeing another surgeon on Monday, something is still wrong.

But you are too early out.  I agree with Mike 1105 about the posture thing.   Your posture is still making your back work overtime and its already maxed out.  This may not be a cure, it may help or it may just help you start eliminating things for down the road.  I know they don't recommend back braces but you may want to ask your doc about when it may help you with your posture control.

good luck

if your sholulders pull in (upper crossed syndrome) and your stomach pushes out (lower crossed syndrome) you need to work on your posture. poor posture can create quite substantial pain and neurological symptoms. I would check a website by Jolie Bookspan--perhaps buy her book "How to fix your back pain without drugs or surgery" and also a book on posture by Paul D'Arezzo
