This is my MRI reports conclusion.Please read it and show me the way.
     Broad based disc bulge with over riding central and left paracentral disc extrusion with slight ligamentum flavum thickening and facetal arthropathy at L3-4 level causing narrowing of bilateral neural foramia (left>right) and part of left lateral recess resulting in severe root compression on left side and mild nerve root compression on the right sideand significantly reduced central canal at this level.

Broad based disc bulge with slight ligamentum flavum thickening and facetal arthropathy at L4-5 level causing narrowing of the bilateral neural formia resulting in mild nerve root compression.

A big problem is my weight which is 108kg.
