lumbosacral neuritis

What is lumbosacral neuritis and noting lumbago

"lumbago" is a medical term for "backache" and the lumbosacral neuritis is indicating that there is inflammation of the nerves at the area of the lumbosacral vertebrae (L5-S1).
There is no information regarding any other problems such as disc herniation, etc.
These existing problems may be alleviated with a course of anti-inflammatory meds and some physical therapy.
