mri result

please help me understand these result : L2-3 annular tear, mild disc desiccation and diffuse disc bulge. there is mild narrowing of the neural foramina.
L3-4: disc desiccation, annular tear, diffuse disc bulge causing mild narrowing of bilateral neural foramina. thecal sas is within normal limits.
L4-5:  there is disc desiccation, mild loss of disc height, diffuse disc protrusion causing moderate bilateral neural foraminal narrowing. there are mild degenerative changes of the facet joints.
L5-S1:there is disc desiccation, mild loss of disc height, broad based central disc protrusion and mild degeneration fo the facet joints causing narrowing of bilateral neural foraminia.

IMPRESSION:  LUMBAR SPONDYLOSIS MOST SIGNIFICANT AT THE L4-5 AND L5-S1 LEVEL THERE IS DIFFUSE DISC PROTRUSION AT L4-5 AND BROAD-BASED CENTRAL DISC
PROTRUSION AT L5-S1 LEVEL CAUSING NARROWING FO THE NEKURAL FORAMINA AS DESCRIBED.
