mri results confusing

I had an mri of my cervical spine & the report is very confusing. Can anyone help me understand what this means? c3-c4 tiny central disk bulge, minimal thecal sac impingment mild disc desiccation, minimal right neural foraminal narrowing due to uncovertebral joint hypertrophy, c4-c5 mild disc desiccaton, minimal uncovertebral joint hypertrophy, c5-c6 mild disc desiccation, mild right lateral disk bulging, uncovertebral joint hypertrophy, mild right neural foraminal narrowing. c6-c7 broad central to right lateral disk protrussion/disk bulge, producing mild thecal sac impingment. mild to moderate neural foraminall narrowing, minimal left lateral disck bulging due to uncovertaberal joint hypertrophy, mild end plate depressions. c7-t1 small diffuse disk bulge, mild thecal sac impingement. There is a focal signal c5-c7 1 mm hyperintensity within the central cord which could represent a small central cord syrinx of uncertain etiology vs an artifact

what are your symptoms?  I am guessing pain and muscke loss to arms/hands...
start with the most conservative treatments...pt, injections.  If the problems persists you will likely need an emg test..meylogram.  The good news is that if you need surgery the problem can be fixed with acdf surgery..it is now routine..good ;luck
