mri results of cervical spine

Can you expain the following:  Servere disc space narrowing and disc cesiccation at the C5-C6 and C6-C7 levels.  Remaining dintervertebral disc normal in height, but disc desiccation.  Posterior fossa and spinal cordin normal limits. C3-C4 level:  No disc bulge or herniation.  Bilateral uncovertebral and apophyseal joint degenerative disease.  Mild tomoderate right and mild left neuoforaminal stenosis.  C4-C5 level:  No significan disc bulge or herniation or central canal stenosis.  Bilateral uncovertebral and apophyseal joint hypertrophy that results in mild bilateral neuoforaminal stenosis.  C5-C6 level:  Broad base disc osteophyte complex at this level.  A bilateral uncovertebral and aposphyseal joint degenerative disease.  Mild to moderate cental canal stenosis.  Moderate bilateral neuoforaminal stenosis, right greater than left.  C6-C7 level:   Minal broad base disc osteophyte complex at this level that result in minimal to mild central canal stenosis.  Bilateral uncovertebral and apophyseal joint degererative disease, mild bilateral neuroforaminal stenosis.  C7-T1 level:  No evidence of significant disc bulge or herniation.  Thanks so muck

results of cervical mri. results being broad base bulging at c5-6 and minimal central bulging at c6-7. what does this mean? i also have severe numbness in right hand. tx
