i have had 3 children and be fore i had them my back hurt alot my dr. said there is nothing wrong but he gave me celebrex and i didnt like the way it afected me and after every child my back has gottenworse
my mom has sperse in her back could i clready have them????
I think that you should look up pelvic misallignment (just those 2 words) I believe this may be your problem especially after I read got worse after each child. See if your syptoms fit in there & if they do you should see a PHYSICAL THERAPIST at least 6 times if not more. He will make adjustments on you by twisting you and helping you to strengthen the right muscles to keep you in the correct allignment. He will also give you simple & easy excercises to doon a regular basis at home. Good luck
