my back is hurting

I had back surgery in 2006 and it help me, then fell off a truck and hurt my self again , i have 3 bildging disk in my neck and four buldging disk in my back above my fuison and i am in pain management.i am taking 120 ms cottion and i take 6 hydro 10 a day . when i feel the meds were off . i get all stowed up were i cannot move . anytime i set to long or if i lay in the bed to long i cannot move, mt leg has a burning that move threw my butt cheek and down behind my leg and i cannot not sleep good and the doctors say there is nothing that they can do can anybody give me any advice
