neck/back pain from MVA

I was in a MVA on 2-19-07    I've had lower back pain with numbing feeling going into my buttock and into my right leg and foot/ toes .. I also have neck pain and right shoulder and arm with a numbing / tingling feeling now in my right finger tips after i did injections .. my frist MRI which was do a month after the MVA show little to nothing ..I have now taken a 2nd MRI and it show a non-displaced fracture at the L5 Laminajust below the pars intaarticularis.. it also shows c3-4 c4-5 c5-6 small disc spur complexes with minor impressionon respective anterior thecal sacs and minor right foraminal stenosis at each level .. I have had a EMG done that show nerve damage inn both area but the neurologist has said he really does see anything causing  mt pain and numbing / tingling ..
I've done phycial therapy tiwce now 2 different places and i've had epidural injections.. Any help to where to go from here  . I feel i'm getting worse and getting no answers why
