neck in severe spasm for 8 months

my neck has been in severe spasm for the last 8 months ..no doc can seem to figure our why? I have alot of issues at the time this started ..such as being diagnosed with babesia parasite disease, levaquinn poison drug, and disc herniation c5c6 is significant c3c4 and c6c7 mild......But I have NO pain going down arm..i also have a modest chiari malformation..but I was told have plenty of room in my brain..it is not putting pressure on cervical spine....YET I AM IN SEVERE NECK SPASM..NOTHING has worked med wise pt wise...NOTHING!!!!  MY QUESTION...Does the pain have to go down arm w/ disc disease? Another doc thinks maybe I sprained my neck and can do prolotherapy to ligaments? And one surg said he can do the fusion..but nobody knows for sure???Do any of U have the spasms going up as I do from the bottom of neck/shoulders to brain stem w/ spasm pressure around ears nose eyes etc..w/ aloth pf pressure or spasm in back of my head........PLEASE HELP I DO NOT WANT SURG IF IT IS NOT GOING TO WORK...I don't know anyone in my situation w/ pain not going down arm???? Oh and another doc ...thinks my neck maybe unstable ...muscles have taken over,...but NO anwers..no real horrible discs??HELP PLEASE

yes tried both..chiro only made it worse w/ neck adjust..then my head felt lose..weird and went into more spasm ..his other stuff was ok @ the moment it was done...massage tens ultra etc....but nothing helped== thank u for praying for me...i have turned to god..i just don't no how to live like this..i was always healthy active until coming home from my family trip in june..then i got diagnosed w/ all this stuff..but noone knows what to do or why the spasms are occuring..i get no break in pain 24/7 ..i finaly learned to sleep on a water pillow a few hours a night...guess that is the only break i get...I just wonder are they all coincidental findings..their diagnosis...if they don't know how the blank should i know......i just don't what to do  4giv the gram.spel

have you tried going to a chiropractor? I started going and feel better after 3 weeks of headaches and neck spasms. I don't know if this will help, but you ask about a nerve block or something. I'll pray for you.
