neck/muscle problems

10+ years I have had problems with my neck, spine and surrounding muscle(s) + stomach (nausea/constipation).  I have had MRIs, CT scans, Bone scans of my spine and I am just told I have mild degeneration in my spine and arthritis in my cervical spine.  The muscle around my spine and shoulder blades are so tight and no stretching exercises or massage therapy help.  I also sometimes have swallowing difficulties do to tightness and I think that my hearburn and stomach problems are related.  I was on nexium for a while but no one ever sees any problems when I am tested.  Can this burning be muscular also?  I have been sent to several specialists and no one seems to help or care. Fall and winter and spring are the worse!  All anyone comes up with are pain pills and that does nothing except upset my stomach.  Any suggestions?

I am not a doctor yetv but my surgeons Ask me  so many questions. Sometimes I think am. Well my field is Psychology, And at times (very few and  far between) are common sence
It llooks like you have  trouble on both ends?
I think that it "looks" like your spine is the culpret. I don't treat problems  I just identify them, But I know  many people who have  this or at least know about it. The cervical bones and  connectors can be removed. That may be  a question to ask.
