neck pain
My cervical spine series demonstrates reversal of the normal cervical curve most pronounced at C5. There is multilevel marginal osteophyte formation with disc space narrowing C4 through C^. Can you tell me what this all means ?????

Hi there!

The repost describes degenerative changes along the cervical spine with intervertebral disc desiccation; while the reversal of normal curvature is likely to be due to muscular spasm, secondary to associated inflammation. You may like to discuss the situation and the suggested management plan in detail with your treating doctor.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
