nerve damage

I recently has decompression surgery on my cervical spine which caused damang to the nerve that controls the shoulder, what are the chances for repair?

hi im jonathan i am 15 years old first time i experience in my life is one day in our school i feel dizzy and palpitation in heart but it go away for a 10-30 minutes then its go away another experience is after 3 day of first time i experience dizzyness is in our house after i sleep i wake again and i feel pressure back of my head with palpitation and then i feel dizzy and my throat start to dry i dont know why i cant eat my food because my throat is dry so i drink water to make my throat again feeling well after an hour it will go away dizzyness and palpitation will go away to please.. help me what is this what could i do?
