numbness and tingles in left hand and arm

I am really concerned about the my left arm and left hand, I am waking up at night constantly due to extreme numbness in my hand, which is so bad that my hand is totally numb and hurts, it takes so long for the blood to flow to my hand, so I have to walk around and keep my hand down and keep shaking it, in fact it is still a little numb even though I am up and typing. My arm gets cold.  I have a left hip replacement which my neck and spine leans to the left which makes my posture crooked, I take medication for my neck which is:  called nabunetone 500 mg, that my doctor prescribed to relax my muscles in my back and neck, do you think I am having a reaction from the meds.  I also take Lamictal 100 mg as a mind stablizer for depression and also Fluoxetine 10 mg, seroquel 25 mg, I have high blood pressure which I take Atenolol 50 mg would a mixture of the meds be causing my tingling and numbness which is bothering me!  I am really stressed due to loosing my job, husband mad about that I am not working right now but trying so extra hard on finding a good paying job, he's pressuring me extremely, my 13 year old dog is dying, which is making a mess of our house, so my husband is so hard to live with, because he is an orderly person the opposite of me, I am clean but sometimes a pack rack.  Boy do I sound like my life is falling apartI would greatly appreciate your advice.

Hi there,i wake up in the middle of the night with numbness in my left hand and shoulder and arm also sometimes in my left shin.I recently had Mri done and found between t5-t6 a buldging disc.The doc gave me neurontin for nerves,seems like it helps.I most of the time have to shake it of as well.I ALSO BROKE MY RIGHT HIP FOUR YEARS AGO.Sure sounds like nerve damage.

every morning i wake up a my hand is on fire its numb and swollin hurts like hell going to a doc this morning i dont know what to do i hate surgery is it going to lead to that and what should i do ?
