The symptoms you are experiencing are possibly related to a nerve impingement due to degenerative disc disease in your cervical spine.
It would be beneficial to make an appt with your primary care physician for a medical evaluation and baseline x-rays of your neck. The x-rays will show any possible structural changes in your cervical spine.  An MRI may be needed to determine the nature and extent of nerve involvement.
Post with an update and any additional questions/concerns you may have.
Best wishes ----
