please help

Hi everyone, i'm new and was looking for help please.
I have sevre lower back pain and am getting laser spine surgery, i was just wondering...
has anyone had, or know anyone who has had lower spine surgery? how was it? how was the outcome? any recommendations?
i was looking to get surgery for my lower back in singapore aswell, has anyone heard any stories? or know anything about and good or even bad laser spine hospitals in Singapore, i just really need some help and information. if anyone has any experiences in any of this, or knows of any information, please help, just let me know.
