please suggest some exercise

hello friends, im 20 years old and already working. my work involves me sitting infront of the compuetr for over 8 hours each day. and this is taking toll on my neck, i feel its getting stiffer by the day, i would highly appreciate if u could suggest some exercises that i could do on daily basis or while in bw my job, thank you :)

you need to have good posture !!
1. do door stretches to strech out your chest
2.Do exercises that pinch your shoulder blades together to strengthen that rounded back.
3. stand against a wall with both arms bent and behind your back so your hands go up as high as you can on yor back. hold for a few minutes.

you should have not problem finiding this stuff all over the net. look for mid back exercises and chest stretches.
