right scapula and right side back pain

right scapula and right side back pain

Here I am again. When I would sleep, I would sleep on my right side with my arm under my pillow. That is when I woke up with this shooting pain from my right scapula midway down the right side of my back. When I did go to the E.R., the E.R. doctor said that it looks like you have a compression fracture of the T-5 of my spine. (I freaked out of course) That is when I had a bone density test, x-rays, blood tests, and urine work done. A couple days later, my dr. calls and says that all tests and bone density scan came out "good." I started seeing 2 different chiropractors and neither one could see any kind of a fracture. They both think my pain is related to poor posture.(which I know I do have) Almost a year has gone by and I still have pain there. I do exercises as prescribed and started taking calcium.(600 mg a day) I bought a posture pillow and sleep on my back.(very hard to do) I would do anything to get this pain to leave my body. Used to be that when pain on my right side was so bad, that I would push in the site of pain and there would be a little thud sound and the pain would be gone (for a little while) Does ANYONE know what was going on? Sometimes also, when pain is bad, I lift my right arm straight up and pull it with my left arm and there is a snap feeling and the pain goes away.  The strange thing also when all of this was going on, is that when I was having my bone scan I realized that I couldn't lift my left arm all the way up. Yes, I have been having trouble with my left arm too. It hurts so bad trying to raise it straight up and when I'm at the bank trying to get the cylinder out of the machine and to put it back. I am doing exercises for that too. I wonder if it's frozen shoulder. Are these all related ?  I just got a new job and I don't have medical insurance. Please, someone have an answer for me. Will I ever be like I used to?
