I have the same issues, the leg pain is probably radiculopathy, which isn't a specific disease but where the neves are compressed, causing pins and needles and leg pain.

Where your hip is unbalanced (pelvic rotation), get a friend to help you check for plantar fascitis. Stand on one leg and bend your knee (like doing a squat on one leg). If your knee significantly turns inwards then plantar fascitis is probably and orthotics could help to adjust your arches.

Try to avoid high impact exercises as the joints can get very inflamed and this may cause arthritic problems later in life. I find cycling is good exercise to do if you don't have hip pain.

I'd recommend seeing a chiropractor as they are rather fantastic at this sort of thing and as always - check with your doctor if you do recognise anything I've said.
