My Back is 36 degrees on top 54 degrees in middle and34 degrees out in lower back and have ddd, degen scliosis and arthuritis in my neck and back. Will surgery help?

The numbers mean the curves in my back. I have just gome to a sports doctor who works on backs but I have to go to rehab because I have copd and have had a stroke and cancer so I am out of condition. But he thinks he can help me. But he said it will be a long road to go. Can anyone tell me anything or where I can find information on open back surgery from neck to pelvic bone and what they do?
Hi ...I have mild scoliosis, I do not know what u mean by the degrees...I also have DDD and stinosis.....whether surgery will be right for u only a surgeron can say for sure.
