I am  a 36 year old woman and I have been having back, neck ,shoulder, fore arm and hand pain for the last month or so.I pulled my back about 2 months ago while going to pick up my gran baby and since then I have noticed that the muscles that I thought would heal after a few weeks just got worse and now I am having pains shooting down the back of my legs all the way down to the bottom of my foot, but what is worrying me more than that is about a month ago I started having neck stiffness and felt like pulled muscle in the neck, shoulder blade and the top of my shoulders, but in the last few weeks it has gotten even worse the pain is now running down my arms everything doesn't hurt me all at once it seems like sometimes it's just the left side of my body and other times my back and legs are ok but my neck, shoulders arm and hands are killing me.I feel like I am being torchered over and over again and just don't no what to do and when my left shoulder is hurting me I have been experiencing not a pain in my chest (left side ) but a heaviness that is uncomfortable.I do suffer from anxiety and stress but I have been through alot of stressful situations and have never experienced anything like this before can I please get some advice.I cannot take the pain anymore.

Hi Nana,

It is possible that u pulled a muscle.Left untreated it can continue to twist and turn in the wrong direction causing more and more discomfort.

If u have not been to a dr , u should see one and see if PT can help.

U will also need to try to relax as stress and anxiety will also tighten the muscles.

I do hope u find relief. And please keep us posted on ur progress.
