spinal fusion

i had spinal fusion 2 years ago and now im in alot of pain my legs have never gotten the feeling back they are still numb, i seen my doctor he ordered mri and ct scan. what could be the case of this problem? he mentioned in looking at the x rays he took in his office that there was some movement 2 vertebraes above my surgery spot he also mentioned that he could remove 1 of the screws to relieve pressure. i also am having problems with erection and ejaculation, that just happened within the past 2 months could this have anything to do with it?

I am two years out with a recurrence of leg pain, spasms and cramping.  My PT told me that it was one of three things- scar tissue, bone spur, or a shifted pedicle screw.  It did turn out to be the pedicle screw blocking the S1 nerve root and it will have to be taken out.  After fusion the vertebrae above are assuming more load and work so they constantly check on them to be sure they are healthy.
