Hi there,

Sorry, no Doctors here, just a Community of people that can give advice and help out of personal experience.

Spondylosis is a term referring to degenerative osteoarthritis of the joints in your back and neck.

The Ortho Surgeon will have a look at your MRI and have a better idea whether you are a surgical candidate - and then he will refer you to a Neuro Surgeon or advice on alternative treatments, etc.
