strange back pain

So for the last week, i have had the strangest condition. I am experiencing this intermittent pain that, the best way i can describe it, is that it is deep in my chest and I feel it in my back. but not on my surface back, like deep inside my chest towards the back. it is not heavy but light and it comes and goes and it is extremely annoying. I dont know what it is...the best way i can describe it is that it feels like that achy feeling you have in your back when you ate too much but feel something stuck in your upper back..but its deep in the back not in the surface..it is not very painful but it is a dull intermitient pain that wont go away...like i woke up this morning and i felt it..but when i take a shower it seems to help a little..but when i sit down or am inanimate i start feeling it again..but i mean it  comes and goes whenever..what is it? i hope its not like cancer or liver or kidney or gallbladder issues..i dont have a temperature..i feel 100% fine but something deep in my upper back chest isn't feeling well....i need help someone please!!!!
