having trouble posting on here been trying since last night,so ill post this if it works ill tell me story

well i went in the hospital fri morn took me at 11 am,six hour surgury,next day i was hobbling around,they were impressed,they said a lot of people would still be in bed,ive got the prayers of you guys and my church and most of all my determination to get through this.oh of course i cant for get i had the best team around a super surgen and a wonderful GOD to lead his hand.well ill try to tell you a little of what i went through,but bare with me for im on pain meds,well he went in and did a less evasive way (i guess)instead of one long scar down my middle of my back he actually did three cuts all across the middlesmaller ones.i been walking in the hospital as much as i can,lol ans i mean like three am in the morning,started walking the next day,and of course you know i dont mean jogging,i mean slowly and carefully................the numbness in my right toe feels like its almost goneand the bad pain and numbness in my right hip,ive been walking so far no pain,of course except the obvious ,the rods and screws are right through my muscles in my back and i guess attached to my vertabra,they put a cadavor bone in there to fuse,so if i ever start chatting about something you have no idea what im saying .............its probrably the other guy they put in me.......lmao!!!!!
my only issue  on this whole surgury is i woke up and my left legnwqs numb from my knee to my hip,but very little by little ist going away...(I HOPE).but all in all we all feel i t was a success,
so i hope people pass this on and read about thid .now we have a couple of success storys,so come on margaretg,get in there and salvage what quialty of life we have.i promised my lord i would get more in volved in my church,and spend time with my chrisrian friends.ive been reading the bible,i cant read for a long oeriod at a time ,my mind wonders,so my wife found this little bible in a store and at the back of the book it has things like question and perspectives from the bible....well its like this you ever think of something and you wished you know gods perspective about it.well now all i do is look up the question in the back and get my bigger bible(eyes arent what they used to be)and under that perspective there could be four or five different verses you could look up on the subject
instead of like me to look at the bible and panicing and say ill never get through this...............soooooo i take a little at a time and it keeps my interest on subjects that are im portant to me.but dont get me wrong the whole bible is important,but this is the way i approach it and it works for me,..............
I REALLY DO BELIEVE GOD HAS A PLAN FOR ME
and i want to be ready

Well its wonderful to hear from you so soon and yes im going to have it done i just have to get things taken care of first(finacial, work ect) i may have to wait till the first of the year, ive been in pain this long another few momths arent going to rwally hurt to much,,
but back to you it sounds like your doing great and for that im really happy for you...

You did it and you survived!! And you were sooo worried! I knew you could do it! Now, do NOT mess up the doctors hard work this time! Follow his orders precisely and you will be able to reclaim your life!  I am so happy for you.

do you mean drag queen for halloween,no i chose not to go out and pass out candy as a hospital patiaent who had surgury,lol........only kidding you.and yes i went in fri and got out monday

wow my dr sayts 5 days. that great i hate hospitals,
and yes toud make a great drag quenn lol..

and how bad was it before you decided to have surgery?

How you doin in your recovery? You aren't doing anything you shouldn't be doing, right? You are gonna be a good boy this time, remember!!!  I hope all is going well - keep smiling, soon you will be feeling wonderful again! Do you find you are getting a little better every day? Do they have you walking yet? How much pain are you in? Inquiring minds want to know!!!

im going 99% better,ive been walking almost everday,i feel like i got new legs lol......and yes i do feel im getting better everday,inch by inch,but ill take what i can get.my pain in located in my back now surgury section,as long as its not going down my leg thats all i want,all the rest is healing,i wear a soft back brace everyday to help keep things lined up.feels good to, have it on,i still dont do no house work,ill see doc in two more weeks and see what he has to say
